  5. Add ginger paste, Cook for few second. Then add vegetables and chopped tomatoes saute for one to two minutes..
  6. Add salt and sugar. Mix well. Then add boiled rice. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add fried dry fruits and saute. Now add saffron (dissolve in warm milk). Mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes..
  7. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve with egg curry..
